Fshirja e Llogarisë
PakoSot u mundëson përdoruesve të kërkojnë fshirjen e llogarisë dhe të të dhënave personale të lidhura me të.
Si të kërkoni fshirjen
- Nëse opsioni është aktiv në aplikacion, hapni Profili → Cilësimet → Fshi llogarinë dhe ndiqni udhëzimet.
- Nëse nuk keni qasje në aplikacion, dërgoni kërkesë te support@pakosot.net me subjektin “Fshirja e llogarisë PakoSot”. Përfshini emailin ose numrin e lidhur me llogarinë; mos dërgoni fjalëkalim.
Çfarë fshihet?
Pas verifikimit të kërkesës, fshihen ose anonimizohen llogaria, profili dhe të dhënat personale që nuk nevojiten më. Të dhënat financiare, të rezervimeve ose të sigurisë që duhet të ruhen sipas ligjit mund të mbahen për periudhën e kërkuar dhe më pas fshihen sipas politikës së ruajtjes.

Account Deletion
PakoSot lets users request deletion of their accounts and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
- If available in the app, open Profile → Settings → Delete account and follow the steps.
- If you cannot access the app, email support@pakosot.net with the subject “PakoSot Account Deletion”. Include the email or phone linked to the account. Never send your password.
What is deleted?
Following reasonable verification, account, profile and associated personal data no longer required will be deleted or anonymized. Financial, reservation or security records required by law may be retained for the legally required period and then deleted under the retention policy.
